Gospel Reflection – November 15, 2025

Jesus tells the disciples a parable about a judge who doesn’t fear God or man and is constantly pestered by a widow for a just decision to be rendered for her. Eventually, the judge gives in so that he can stop being bothered. Jesus tells this parable in order to relay the importance of praying always without becoming weary.

Do we constantly pray to God? Do we make prayer a priority in our lives? This can be difficult to do, but something that can greatly improve our spiritual lives. When we speak and act prayerfully, we not only have the potential to grow in holiness and virtue, but also help further develop our relationship with Christ.

Today, ask Jesus how you can pray more throughout the day and keep prayer at the forefront of your mind.
