Reflection

Jesus is traveling from village to village with the Twelve Apostles and other women who provide for the ministry, preaching the good news of the kingdom of God.

When we think of Jesus’ ministry, we often picture him with his male apostles, preaching and performing miracles. Today, we hear about some of the women who also accompanied him. Jesus wants everyone, man and woman, to be involved in spreading the Gospel message.

We are each especially equipped with talents from the Lord to help evangelize and help the Church. Today, reflect on how God is calling you to help spread the good news of the Kingdom of God – he has something special in mind just for you.
