“Amen, I say to you,
luke 23:43
today you will be with me in Paradise.”
Palm Sunday of the Lord’s Passion
Reflection
Today is Palm Sunday, where we witness both the love and hatred shown towards Jesus. He is hailed by the crowds only to be crucified soon after. As you meditate on the juxtaposition between Palm Sunday and Good Friday, reflect on what sticks out to you the most.
Is it the contrast of attitudes towards Christ, changing so quickly? Is it Jesus’ innocence? Is it the journey to Calvary and the interactions had? What part is the Holy Spirit leading you to, and how can you meditate on that during this Holy Week? The Lord wants to reveal a specific part of his Passion to you. How is he bringing you nearer to himself?
